Terms & Guarantee

Plain English, because you should know exactly what you are agreeing to before you pay anything. These terms apply to AI assistant installations supplied by MJB AI, a sole trader business based in Surrey, United Kingdom.
The free demo
The demo is genuinely free. There is no card required, no call required, and no obligation to buy afterwards.
When you request one, we build a working AI assistant trained on your public website and send it to you to try. We aim to reply within 6 hours during working hours and to have a demo with you within 48 hours, though this is a target rather than a contractual commitment.
The demo remains our property until you buy. We may take it offline after a reasonable period if you do not proceed.
What you are buying
A configured AI assistant installed on your website, set up to answer enquiries, qualify leads, and where included in your tier, book appointments into your calendar.
Pricing is as published on our home page at the time you order. Setup is a one-off fee; the monthly fee covers hosting, model usage within fair-use limits, and ongoing support.
The 60-day money-back guarantee
If the assistant has not paid for itself within 60 days of going live, we refund everything you have paid us — setup fee and monthly fees.
"Paid for itself" means the value of enquiries it captured is less than what you paid us over the same period. We take your word for it. We will not ask you to prove a negative.
To claim, email hello@mjbai.co.uk within 60 days of your assistant going live and say you would like to use the guarantee. We refund within 14 days to the original payment method.
The only conditions:
- The assistant must have been live on your site for the period you are claiming for. We cannot help if it was removed in week one.
- One claim per business.
After a refund, the assistant is switched off and any integrations disconnected.
No lock-in
Monthly fees are month to month. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice by email — no cancellation fee, no minimum term. On cancellation we switch the assistant off and remove our code from your site on request.
Your data is yours. We will export your conversation history and captured leads to you on request.
What we need from you
- Access to add a small snippet of code to your website, or someone who can add it
- Accurate information about your services, so the assistant does not tell customers the wrong thing
- Calendar access, if your tier includes booking
Limits of what an AI assistant can do
Being straight with you: an AI assistant is very good at answering common questions and capturing enquiries around the clock. It is not a human being. It will occasionally get something wrong or fail to understand an unusual question.
We configure it to hand over to you rather than guess when it is unsure, and we will fix mistakes you report. But we cannot guarantee it will never make one, and we are not liable for business decisions taken on the basis of something it said.
Liability
Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Your data
Handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data belonging to your customers through the assistant, we do so as your processor and only on your instructions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
